TURNER. I would like to share information with any descendants of Charlie TURNER and Emma RUDD. Two of their children were known to be residents of Claiborne Co, TN. Ben TURNER was born abt 1910 and died 02 April, 1992 in Speedwell, TN. His wife was Opal. Mae TURNER was born possibly around 1912/1913 and died in April, 1991 in Speedwell, TN. Her husband's name is unknown but is believed to possibly be a Mr. Harmon. Other Children of Charlie and Emma TURNER were Walter of California; Joe of Perry Co, KY; Dora Atkins of CA; and Sarah Elizabeth "Lizzie" of Perry Co, KY.

HONEYCUT, Elizabeth HONEYCUT, and Michael HONEYCUT, all of whom were heads of house- holds in the 1850 Census of Claiborne County, Tennessee. MAYES---I am looking for any information of my gr-grandmas family. Her name was Orlena Mayes, died in 1905 at the age of 40 of TB. She died in either Clairborne County or Union. Orlena was married to David E. Miller who died in 1931. I have also seen MAYES spelled as MIZE? Would appreciate any info out there. Thanks.

MILLER AND MAYES: Am looking to share information on the MARTIN MILLER LINE (1751-1838) of CLAIBORNE COUNTY/UNION COUNTY. Am looking for any information on the MAYES surname of this county. ORLENA MAYES, died 1905. Orlena died of TB, she is my gr-grandma but know nothing of her family lines. Thanks for any help out there!

I am researching the Arnwine's and have been told by relatives that a cemtery exists near Tazewell which has an Indian Princess statue named Arnwine who was helpful to the early settlers. Does anybody know if and where this cemetery exists and if any Arnwine history is known. I was born in Knoxville but live in North Carolina now. I am working on my genealogy patch for Boy Scouts. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

CHILDERS, I am researching the Childers family located in Paswell, Clairborne Co., TN My gggrandfather William Fletcher Childers was born in Paswell, TN to Curtis Childers and Elizabeth Allgood. These are the other children by Curtis and Elizabeth; Samuel, Henry, Elijah, James, Susan, Jessie (male), Elizabeth, and John. According to William he left TN in 1858 when he was 15 and Elizabeth died in 1858. We do not know where she died. Thank you for your help.

Grandmother MARY MATILDIA BUNDREN b. 8/27/1877 d. 1/28/1968. Their children were CORNEY,ALBERT,ROXY,ETHEL,PRISESSA, LUCY, RETHEA, WOODROW AND EVERETT. I am trying to find out the ancestory of my husband's ggg grandmother, Susannah TREASE. She was born in NC around 1800. We do not know her maiden name or when she moved to TN. She had at least 4 children ---Catherine, William, Edward, and James. Daughter Catherine married Isaac MEYERS on 20 June 1841 in Claiborne Co., TN. In 1848 Isaac and Catherine moved their family to IA. Grandma TREASE went with them. Does anyone know Susannah's maiden name and who she married? If widowed, is there a will? Thank you for any help.

Michael Fulps, b. Apr 1755, Lancaster, PA; m. 30 Aug 1777 to Phebe Scott, b. Oct 24, 1758. Michael d. 7 May 1836, Stokes Co., NC. At some point the family migrated to Claiborne Co., TN, where my grandmother was born. Need info on Michael's & Phebe's parents, siblings. My g-grandmother, Nancy Inez (maiden name not known) was 1/2 Indian. I know only that she was born in Tennessee 24 Oct 1845; married in TN to my g-graandfather James Madison Fulps, b.20 May 1845, d. 17 Jun 1897, Colbert Co., AL. They moved from Claiborne Co., TN, when my grandmother, Lillie Gunn Fulps Brown Allen, was about 7 years old.

I want to find out the parents of my great-great-great grandfather Berry James who was born in Claiborne County, Tennessee in 1812. He then moved to Missouri and was married to Patsy/Piety Rose/Ross (supposedly of Warren County, Kentucky) in Lafayette County, Missouri on Sep 25, 1831. He later moved to Lebanon,Oregon and then died in Dayton, Columbia County, Washington on Feb 9, 1885. I know most everything about his life from the time he was married, but I do not know his parents, brothers, or sisters' names.
